Citrix Finance Leadership Development

This position will be part of Citrix’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). Its a three year program where candidates will rotate through a series of roles and responsibilities, gaining experience across our diverse organization. These annual rotations will be completed in various areas of finance and accounting to prepare you to become a future business leader. Along with developing your technical skills, there are many opportunities for professional development with each rotation in the program. You will gain exposure to business planning, forecasting, cost analysis and many other functions. Your contributions in this highly selective program allow you to directly impact many areas of our business. Upon completion of the program, you will have an expansive network and diverse knowledge of Citrix to prepare you for an accelerated career path.

Responsibilities

• Provide various financial reports, summaries and analyses of key financial data including contribution margin reports (as applicable) for associated key business areas.
• Monthly/ Quarterly financial forecasting and results analysis for the business unit
• Significant participation in the Sales & Services Annual Planning and Target Process
• Track and deliver various Metrics and KPI’s as developed and required by Business and Financial Management
• Provide consolidated analytical review of actuals and forecasts with meaningful insight / information on trends in the business Assist with Decision Support - Go/ No Go and ROI  analyses
• Various ad-hoc financial analyses
• Preparation of various financial presentations for QBR’s; planning meetings, etc
