Summer Internship - Human Resources (June 2021)- Westmont, IL
Schneider Electric has an opportunity in June 2021 for a Human Resources Intern in our Westmont, IL location. This intern will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Schneider Electric HR Team with special projects, reporting, employee relations and process improvements. This role will provide valuable exposure and experience within HR.

What do you get to do in this position?
- Assist with On-Boarding/Orientation for New Hires (HR Local Policies, Benefits Process, Security Badge)
- Partner on Process Improvement Projects
- Manage local communications to managers & employees
- Assist employees with general HR related questions
- Assist HR team in day to day activities
