Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Data Analyst Summer 2021 Intern working with our Customer Experience team based out of Franklin, TN and/or Remote location. As a fresh business student, you have a challenging as well as exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical and interpersonal skills to contribute towards making a real business impact in a dynamic industry.

What do you get to do in this position?
  • Analyze business and industry data to generate insights to support strategic missions
  • Synthesize industry reports and competitive landscape to summarize key trends
  • Conduct personal or phone interviews with customers and stakeholders based globally and summarize interview findings
  • Build-up on the analysis and interviews data to actively contribute towards formulating strategic initiatives to grow the business topline and bottom-line 
Some additional Key and generic responsibilities includes:
  • Obtains customer satisfaction & loyalty feedback from surveys and other relevant sources.
  • Ensures specific issues are promptly managed and closed.
  • Builds and shares analysis of the key satisfaction and loyalty drivers, and drives improvement actions.
  •  Deploys the best practices
  • Ensures deployment and operation of the global process in several countries. 
 

Qualifications

This job might be for you if:
  • Currently enrolled in a BAchelor or Masters program studying Bussiness, Data Analysis, Engineering, or related degree.
  • Interested and has a flair for digital technologies
  • Previous job experience in a business role (e.g. start-up, sales, marketing etc.)
  • Exposure to building automation industry is a plus
  • Desirable to be fluent in English and one European language (e.g. French), but not necessary
