HDC is accepting resumes for positions using Direct Hire Authority (DHA). We are looking for one or more recent graduate, in a permanent position with a target grade of GS-11. As this is DHA, we are using two methods for resume collection. One is through USAJobs, the links to those announcements are below. *It is important to note that a recent graduate CAN be someone who will graduate in the next 9 months.*

The other method is via email. The instructions for this method are to email the documents below to Michael.s.hale@usace.army.mil.  The subject line MUST be: “Position Consideration XXXX, Last name, First Name.” (where XXXX is the position being applied for) and it must be sent *no later than 9pm pacific time on Sunday March 14th*.

Your resume:
Your resume may be submitted in any format and must support the specialized experience described in this announcement.
If your resume includes a photograph or other inappropriate material or content, it will not be used to make eligibility and qualification determinations and you may not be considered for this vacancy.
If using prior work experience for qualifications determination, your resume must contain hours worked per week and the dates of employment (i.e., HRS per week and month/year to month/year or month/year to present). If your resume does not contain this information, your application will be marked as incomplete and you will not receive consideration for this position.

Other supporting documents:
Cover Letter, optional
You must submit a copy of your transcript to determine eligibility under this hiring authority. Further, if you claim qualifications based on education and do not submit a supporting transcript, your education will not be used in making a qualification determination and you may be found not qualified. During submission, these transcripts may be un-official, however an official transcript(s) will be required before onboarding.
Because the selected candidates will need a USAJobs account/profile in order to be onboarded, the USAJobs link is the preferred method. Those who do not have a USAJobs account at the time of application can choose to use the email method.
