IT Infrastructure End User Computing Intern, will coordinate with our clients (employees of Eversource) with requests and ticket inquiries.
Support our WFH Depot (COVID socially distant pickup/drop off of laptops).
The IT Infrastructure End User Computing Intern will become familiar with Service Now IT Service management tool, an ITIL based system (requests, incidents, change, etc.) We are currently implementing a Hardware Asset Mgmt. and Field Service Modules.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Familiarity with basic Excel functions (sort, filter, formatting, basic pivot tables)
- Must be a current student, pursuing an IT or closely related degree
