Accounting Analyst II/III/Sr. (FR)

We are currently looking for an Accounting Analyst II/III/Sr. (FR) for our Owensboro, KY office.

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining control of the SEC filing process, including collecting, organizing and managing data from all sources and analyzing the data to ensure accurate public filings. Through collaboration, you will be responsible for editing and analyzing quarterly SEC financial reports, XBRL tagging of 10K/10Q financial data, as well as validation and submission of SEC reports to EDGAR. This position is also responsible for review of GAAP cash flows, assisting with FERC financial footnotes, preparation of financial reports for banks and investors, review of investor presentations, assisting with gathering support for debt offerings, as well as creation of monthly internal financial reports.

*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

 

PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

 

*5+ years of accounting experience

*Audit experience

*Knowledge of SEC eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL)

*Workiva enterprise solutions experience

*Experience with integrated financial system – Oracle Business Suite

*Advanced MS Office skills

*Cash flow experience

*Experience in the energy industry

*CPA
