Supervisor, Meter Department & Collections
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership, supervision, and direction of personnel engaged in installation, removal, testing, maintenance and reading of customer watt-hour meters, as well as personnel performing field collections.
- Requires effective delegation and resource planning to meet customer and company needs.
- Develops a knowledgeable and highly skilled work force (apprenticeships, ongoing technical and non-technical training needs, etc.).
- Develops, integrates and implements department goals and policies consistent with MPO strategies and policies and in compliance with governmental rules and regulations.
- Requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain productive working relationships.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Seven years or more related experience.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license required
